    Overview:

    The In-Vehicle Surveillance Tech (IVS Tech) is responsible for the daily review of in-vehicle camera system footage and events for taxicabs

    Responsibilities

    1. Monitor drivers by reviewing footage obtained from the camera system
    2. Responsible for downloading cameras in-vehicle camera systems after an accident and/or incident
    3. Responsible for reporting any and all accidents, traffic violations, aggressive driving, suspicious activities and     abuse of company equipment.
    4. Responsible for occasional trip sheet audits
    5. Responsible for safety and discipline of drivers

    Qualifications

    1. Must have a high school diploma
    2. At least one year experience in surveillance, security or dispatch
    3. Must have working knowledge of computer software programs
    4. Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft word, excel and outlook
    5. General knowledge of local traffic laws and violations
    6. Excellent oral and written communication skills
    7. Able to read, write and speak English
    8. Must be able to work various shifts, including late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays
    9. Must be able to take direction from a manager and work within a team concept
    10. Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively
    11. Must be able to communicate and work with various departments
    12. Must be able to work under time restraints and deadlines
    13. Must be responsible and self-motivated
    14. Must maintain a neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance
    15. Must follow all Frias Transportation Management work rules, policies, and regulations

    Physical Demands

    1. Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time greater than two hours at a time
    2. Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.
    3. Must be able to walk and climb for short periods of time
    4. Must be able to get in and out of vehicles
    5. Must be able to squat for a short period of time, less than ten minutes
    6. Must have visible acuity to type, read reports and emails, enter and produce data: reports; written statements, etc.
    7. Must be able to hear and speak clearly for telephone communication
    8. Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions

    Requirements

    • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
    • Must pass a pre-employment background and drug test
    • Must have a valid Nevada driver’s license
    •
